Employee Benefits

Milestone offers the following benefits:

 

Medical Coverage

Highmark PPOBlue coverage is offered for full-time employees. This plan is Agency and employee sponsored. Part-time employees working at least 20 hours per week may purchase medical coverage at a pro-rated premium.

Dental Coverage 

United Concordia dental HMO is offered and is paid by the employee.

Vision Coverage

Davis Vision is offered and is free to employees. Family coverage may be purchased.

Buy-Back Program

Full-time employees covered by another health care source (for example, spouse's health plan) may choose to participate and will receive $150 in the second pay check of the month.

Paid-Time-Off (PTO)

Paid-time-off days are earned based on years of service and are accrued each pay period for full-time employees. Part-time employees receive PTO days on a pro-rated basis.

15 PTO days earned up to 1 year of service.
18 PTO days earned for 1 year to 3 years of service.
21 PTO days earned for 3 years to 5 years of service.
25 PTO days earned for 5 years or more of service.

Group Life Insurance

Non-contributory Group Life Insurance is provided to all full-time and part-time employees who work at least 30 hours or more per week at 1.5 times their annual salary.

Retirement Plan

A 401(K) Savings Plan is available to all full-time and part-time employees. Agency matches dollar-for-dollar up to 5 percent with immediate vesting and continuous enrollment.

Educational Leave
